Sport Development (UK) Ltd have an exciting opportunity for outstanding candidates for work beginning immediately.
The candidate will be responsible for planning and delivery of a number of sessions which fall in line with the coaching philosophy, vision and values of the company.
To work closely with the Company Director and all other coaches.

Responsibilities
  • Planning, delivery and evaluating sessions
  • Responsible for offering engaging inclusive sessions
  • To evaluate pupils and sessions and report to up line as and when necessary
  • To be fully responsible for the safety and welfare of all participants under your care
  • Child Development and Progression - every child matters approach
  • To liaise on a regular basis with the General Manager and Company Director to ensure that the needs of all participants are catered for.
  • Safeguarding
  • Understand the company Safeguarding policy, procedures and best practice guidelines. Use this understanding to ensure safer recruitment, safe working practices, appropriate reporting of concerns and contribute positively to an Anti-bullying environment. Other responsibilities
  • To attend staff meetings and CPD as required.
  • To be aware of current trends and best practice in a school environment
  • To continually look for ways to develop and improve our coaching programme.
