JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled Senior Hydraulics Engineer to lead and manage hydraulic service and project operations. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining hydraulic systems, supporting technicians, and delivering innovative solutions to a variety of industries, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent diploma.
  • Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in hydraulics across industries such as manufacturing, heavy equipment, or oil and gas.
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic circuit design and interpretation.
  • Proficient in hydraulic fault diagnosis and maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems and electrical controls.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Client Engagement
  • Act as the focal point for hydraulic service and project inquiries.
  • Lead and mentor service technicians in the execution of hydraulic projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Diagnose and resolve hydraulic issues independently on-site.
  • Service hydraulic systems, power units, and components, including electrical controls.
  • Design hydraulic power units and select equivalent model components for systems.
  • Execute hydraulic flushing, tubing, and pressure testing activities.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and repair of heavy equipment.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, including service, root cause analysis, and test documentation.
  • Maintain accurate project and service documentation in the company ERP system.
  • Support & Development
  • Assist technicians in understanding technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Provide input for project schedules, scopes, and cost estimations.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company HSE policies.
  • Assist with lifting equipment inspections as needed.
