  • 2+ years in data analytics role/comparable working experience
  • Experience working with data analytics platforms; Looker, Tableau, etc.
  • Exceptional math/analytical skills
  • Tech-savvy; experience working with registration path technology/midpath solutions is a huge plus!
  • Experience in the digital performance marketing industry
  • Strong business communication skills; able to clearly define complex scenarios both verbally and in writing
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented, as you will manage many products simultaneously
  • Strong ability to multi-task is a must
  • Attentive to client budgets, spend targets, conscientious of revenue pacing
  • High proficiency in Excel, ability to use functions to analyze complex data sets
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Self-starter with a desire to improve efficiency within their department
  • Must be a versatile team player who is able to work well with other

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee analyst operations, dictate initiatives and provide mentorship to the Product Analyst team
  • Lead the day-to-day management and optimization of the Consumer Pathways O&O properties, monitor conversion funnel; landing page to path completion. Proactively escalate issues internally.
  • Manage ad demand to generate the highest Revenue Per User (RPU) based on multivariate testing
  • Develop and implement testing and optimization strategies to drive the highest yield possible for consumer funnels.
  • Manage and analyze all inbound media to create opportunities for optimization based on sources of traffic. Define optimal routes for users based on media source, data insights and trends.Become an expert on Impressure decision tree logic.
  • Have a general understanding of link building, web hooks, API’s, and pixel tracking as it relates to the campaign management in pathways
  • Responsible for holding defined margin goals on products, maintaining quality traffic. Providing feedback to internal media, and affiliate managers
  • Work closely with internal media teams, and affiliate managers to create right pricing on products, and control margin for the success of the business.
  • Coordinate with data intelligence and data insights teams to build and analyze dashboards in Looker, create collaborative reporting to enhance recommender files, ad-serving algorithms
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, understand traffic and path trend designs of competitive deal flow.
  • Responsible for communicating and collaborating on all ad-demand needs to the product account manager, who collaborates directly with sales and cross-divisional ad demand
  • Monitor product split testing in creative, and in-path monetization strategies. Work with creative teams on new front-ends to optimize media.
