The Senior Professional Staff Nurse, a Registered Nurse, is a key care delivery team member. They set care standards, hold responsibility and accountability for nursing care, and manage patient care activities using independent judgment and collaboration. They maintain collaborative relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and families to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, they demonstrate a commitment to the community and the nursing profession.

Responsibilities:
