QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Human Behavior or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of increasing responsibility in Sales Compensation administration roles.
  • Experience administering the Xactly compensation tool
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with staff at all levels of the organization, including internal and cross-departmental teams, consistently displaying a high level of professionalism.
  • Must possess the ability to work with confidential reports and information with complete discretion.
  • Self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision; process oriented.
  • Enthusiasm to learn new techniques and skills; including new software
  • Capacity to accept criticism and make corrections to projects as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, validate and process incentive compensation plans and bonus calculations for SIP eligible employees in multiple Routes to Market. This includes understanding and applying Sales Incentive Plans consistently, ensuring commission calculations comply with plans, and managing commission statements and exception requests.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and other cross-departmental teams to ensure sales order data is reported accurately each month to meet monthly commission accrual and quarterly payout deadlines.
  • Be the point of contact for commissions related questions or issues.
  • Help maintain and scale our Xactly Sales Compensation Tool by identifying improvements, updates and enhancements to the Sales Compensation plans and policies.
  • Assist in updating the system including implementation of new plans/programs, identifying system/process inefficiencies, recommending performance improvement designs, integration of new data sources.
  • Enable self-service and automation wherever possible.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
