Sr./Staff Accountant

We are seeking a Staff Accountant in Los Angeles, California. The focus of this role will be to process and maintain customer credit records, handle customer credit inquiries, and monitor credit accounts.

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly
• Take necessary actions for the collection of delinquent payments
• Perform accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities
• Conduct bank reconciliations
• Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries
• Assist in month-end close procedures
• Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management
• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations
• Extensive knowledge and experience with General Ledger
• Ability to create and manage Journal Entries
• Experience in Month End Close
• Knowledge and experience with accounting ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of current accounting regulations and standards
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
