WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our cloud-based service-oriented architecture to keep our platform running smoothly.
• Work closely with engineering and business teams to define operational needs, plan realistic timelines, and ensure scalability.
• Take ownership of new processes and tools, from development through deployment and production monitoring.
• Define and document SLAs as our systems evolve, ensuring reliability and high performance.
• Partner with DevOps and Security teams to respond to incidents, implement mitigation strategies, and support business continuity planning.
• Support high-quality release management by collaborating across teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Monitor system performance, detect potential issues, and recommend optimizations for scalability and high availability.
