Job Purpose
Defines and leads engineering solutions within a SSE project taskforce, and acts as a technical and technological referent, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures and processes, schedules and man hours, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Provides the highest level of expertise on technical-technological solutions and engineering innovations.
  • Defines engineering solutions within tenders.
  • Identifies and analyses risks associated with engineering tasks.
  • Efficiently contributes to the client relations through presentations, meetings, interfaces, etc.
  • Supports the knowledge development within the discipline by providing guidance, trainings and mentoring to engineers.
  • Ensures that engineering documents meet the general quality requirements, codes, and standards.
  • Coordinates, prioritizes, adjusts, and directs the efforts of the discipline engineering work performed for the project and/or manufacturing, fabrication, and installation sites, including direct supervision of Subsea/Surface Engineers.
  • Ensures that the discipline engineering deliverables are compliant with contract requirements (including budget), project QHSE plan and TechnipFMC and discipline engineering processes and standards.
  • Approves design basis and coordinates design activities within discipline (including sub-contractors activities).
  • Interfaces with other Lead Engineers and project support functions such as procurement and planning

You are meant for this job if:

  • BS degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent with 8 years of experience in the field as a minimum
