WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, environmental science, sustainability, business administration, or related field; advanced degree or dual degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in ESG reporting and measurement, carbon accounting, corporate responsibility, or related field, with a proven track record of teamwork, leadership and achievement.
- Accounting/finance experience necessary, semiconductor industry experience a plus.
- Familiarity with ESG laws (e.g. SEC Reporting Rules, SB 261, SB 253, CSRD), frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, CSRD), as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
- Skills in financial reporting principles, researching new trends, conducting benchmarking analysis.
- Develop metrics and tools to integrate compliance and reporting for KPI dashboards.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA in ESG Investing).

Responsibilities:
As the ESG Staff Analyst, you will be responsible for the reporting strategy and compliance of climate-related disclosures and laws for DSA. You will also manage ESG data analytics.
Staff Analyst will be responsible for internal and external reporting, disclosure, and compliance functions and data driven analysis and presentations.
Location: San Jose, California (in person 3-5 days per week)

- Prepare ESG reports, data for disclosures, and communications for internal and external stakeholders, including sustainability executive briefings and presentations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate ESG-related risks and opportunities and integrate ESG considerations into enterprise risk management processes. Utilizes familiarity with operational and financial data – and ability to connect different domains to provide clear risk assessment and measurement with scenario forecasting to ensure plans stay on track.
- Analyze global legislation and guidelines on ESG-related reporting matters. Brief Finance and ESG Team on relevant trends.
