7-Eleven is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Digital Innovation and R&D Team!

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience working in a technical role, with 1 to 2 years in a senior technical role
• 3+ years of experience building apps, digital products, hardware, or machine learning systems
• 2+ years of experience reviewing and refining architecture and conducting code reviews
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of engineers in a management or technical lead capacity
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering/Math, or relevant experience

• Lead the research, prototyping, and development of software solutions for retail problems
• Recruit, retain, and grow talent throughout R&D, with a focus on technical excellence
• Represent R&D in cross-functional meetings with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and learn new technologies/libraries/frameworks
• Learn and partner with peers across multiple disciplines, such as computer vision, machine learning, and systems design
