STAFF PROGRAM MANAGER

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Program Manager to join our team. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • 6+ years of combined product development and technical project management experience
  • Working knowledge of Immersive Technology; Generative AI, RPA, ML, AI is desired
  • Experience managing internal operations within a large organization
  • Experience coordinating the release of complex systems, preferably within a technology or AI-focused role
  • Experience working in a federated structure, coordinating efforts across multiple business units

Responsibilities:

  • Lead collaborative cross-functional teams to define and deliver commitments, ensuring feasibility for new technologies, commercializing new products, and improving on-market products
  • Manage all day-to-day project work, rapidly identifying and resolving problems
  • Communicate project updates and phase approval reviews to all levels of the project team and partners
  • Coordinate the release of new AI systems, ensuring timely and successful delivery of AI initiatives
  • Manage internal operations to ensure seamless workflow and efficient processes within the team and across departments
  • Coordinate co-development efforts across different business units, fostering collaboration and alignment on shared goals and projects
