REQUIREMENTS:
- Availability to work on matchdays, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive, flexible approach to work, with a strong focus on team collaboration.
- Previous experience in a similar role within HR or people operations is beneficial but not required.
- A commitment to creating a positive and supportive environment for all staff.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the People Team with matchday operations, including staff coordination and support.
- Provide on-the-ground assistance to team members, ensuring they have the resources they need.
- Help manage staff check-ins, briefings, and post-event debriefs.
- Address any staff queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all team members are compliant with health and safety guidelines.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for all matchday staff.
