In this position, you will lead efforts to engage with clients, community members, and various governmental agencies, ensuring that their interests and expectations are effectively understood and addressed. Your expertise will be critical in developing engagement strategies that align with JASARA PMC’s commitment to excellence in project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in stakeholder management or community engagement, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
• Demonstrated ability to foster strong relationships with diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans and strategies that support project goals.
• Facilitate open communication between stakeholders and project teams through regular meetings and updates.
• Analyze stakeholder feedback and implement necessary changes to enhance project outcomes.
• Resolve stakeholder issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and continuously improve engagement processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
