JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS

Provides direct support of hospital and parking areas. Acts proactively to identify needs of the facilities in working to maintain a comfortable, safe and efficient environment. Daily performs maintenance activities, Pm’s, operation logs and repair request, initiates corrective action as indicated, Operates all environmental control equipment. Knowledge of mechanical, building automation systems and fire systems. Stationary Engineers License preferred.
