Position Overview
To ensure that the Company’s inventory is received accurately at the store according to Inventory Control procedures and distributed to the shop floor in a timely manner. This role requires knowledge appropriate to the key tasks and to work within defined SOP’s.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Day to day maintenance of the stockroom.
  • Maintaining stockroom areas.
  • Monitoring inaccuracies on deliveries and communicating these to the appropriate contacts.
  • Co-ordinating and auctioning all deliveries.
  • Implementation of new policies and procedures in partnership with relevant departments.
  • Inventory control – investigate inaccuracies, ticketing issues, stock transfers, in store handling of goods.
  • Communication with store team and relevant partners in the business.
  • Good understanding and implementation of Health & Safety policies & procedures.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience within a stockroom in a store environment.
  • Full understanding of basic stockroom tasks: receiving goods, distribution and transfer of merchandise, time management.
  • IT literary, including Word, Excel, IP/GUI, Outlook.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
