Description:

Do you have a passion for eCommerce and a desire to work in a global company known for its creativity and innovation? If you’re eager to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to exciting digital projects that shape the customer experience, this opportunity at Pandora might be perfect for you!
This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of eCommerce and gain hands-on experience in a global organization. As a Student Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of eCommerce projects that directly impact the way our customers interact with Pandora online. You’ll work in close collaboration with Digital & Technology, gaining a holistic view of how innovative digital solutions are conceptualized, tested, and implemented across different markets.
Your contributions will help ensure the successful launch of new features, tools, and processes that enhance the overall customer experience, giving you the chance to develop your skills in a real-world, fast-paced setting. This role will challenge your problem-solving abilities, allow you to build key industry relationships, and deepen your knowledge of digital commerce strategies—all while you continue your studies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on business cases by supporting the development of key digital concepts and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Digital & Technology (D&T) team to drive innovation and technical enhancements.
  • Assist in test case creation and execution before market rollouts, identifying potential mistakes, preparing change requests, and ensuring readiness for go-live.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
  • Participate in communication with vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Prepare markets and train clusters on new eCommerce tools and features before launch.
  • Provide reporting and insights to track project performance and outcomes.
  • Utilize your Excel- and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentations.
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student who is eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world business environment. If you’re passionate about eCommerce and excited to contribute to impactful digital projects, this could be the perfect role for you.
