Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will be working Monday to Friday in the office based in the CBD. Speaking with students who are studying Law and assisting them with all of their enquiries. You will speak to students face to face, via phone or email and provide advise and guidance on their courses. Helping them with their general enquiries you will be confident in your customer service skills and have excellent written and verbal communication. You will start of with two weeks training in the Caulfield campus and then move to continue your role in the CBD, with the occasional visit to the Clayton Campus. This role is working in the office with no hybrid opportunities. It will be a 6 month temporary position with a high chance for extension.
