- Ensure that repairs meet Subaru’s stringent quality standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Stay updated on the latest Subaru technology and service procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and solutions.
