We are looking for team members who are passionate about delivering industry-leading experiences to our customers and supplying turn-key solutions for any HVAC, refrigeration, critical environment, custom metal fabrication, energy performance, or specialty mechanical project.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of the supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, supplier selection, supplier relationships, fleet and asset management, and logistics.

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required, and equivalent work and field experience with a minimum of 10 years experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or Purchasing.
  • Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification is preferred.
  • Construction industry experience required.
  • 10+ years of proven leadership, people management, and success in supply chain, procurement, fleet, and logistics.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic supply chain initiatives that drive cost savings, efficiency improvements, and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in utilizing supply chain management software and tools such as ERP systems, inventory management software, and procurement platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a structured fashion.
  • Must have the integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to represent the company in the most professional, positive manner
    Danforth offers a competitive benefits package for eligible employees, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, 401(k), with company match, and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The estimated compensation range for this role is $100,000-$110,000. This range is based on several factors, including individual education, qualifications, training, prior work experience, and work location.
