Responsibilities:
- End-to-End process analysis and proactive optimization suggestions to efficiently exploit synergies, keeping a strong focus on the customer.
- Cross-functional planning and coordination of multi-category activities in accordance with the company’s objectives.
- Implementation of ad-hoc analyses and reports on current issues and resulting recommendations for action to optimize and improve processes.
- Monitoring of supply chain systems and their relevant interfaces.
- Internal and external stakeholder management (logistics, financial and payment partners).
- Support for a smooth, efficient execution of the entire logistical process from the order to the return of the goods.
- SAP system-supported inventory control and ensuring product availability of the entire Austrian supply chain channels.
- Operational support in the daily business.
