Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This max term role will deliver a customer-first service and specialist administrative support to a wide range of internal and external customers, with the aim of resolving enquiries at the first point of contact where possible.
We are looking for a strong team player who is passionate about quality and delivering great customer service. The successful candidate would need to be confident on the phone, experienced in admin duties, and ideally have a solid understanding of the NDIS, including Intake, Plans and Service Agreements
The role is hybrid, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and will be based at Parramatta (with two working from home days.)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to inbound phone, digital and chat enquiries from external and internal stakeholders in a professional, solution focused and empathetic manner
- Conduct outbound phone calls and return digital communications in a timely manner
- Assist with monitoring and providing responses to client and community group enquiries about Afford services that come through via social media platforms
- Manage the centralised intake and referral process for new clients (or their representatives), ensuring that they receive appropriate advice and support while completing required documentation
- Help maintain an up-to-date presence of Afford on online information and directory portals
- Meet and connect with new and existing customers at Expo to form and strengthen relationships.
