RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Review and validate engineering drawings before sending them to the site. 2. Ensure positive labor relations and proper employment conditions. 3. Arrange essential survey instruments. 4. Manage the Site Survey Team and collaborate with all project departments. 5. Provide effective resolutions for surveying challenges. 6. Meet with planning, design engineers, architects, and other relevant stakeholders to gather data for project plans. 7. Resolve field issues for the survey team by providing the needed information from the Head/Design or technical  office. 8. Participate in and manage client meetings. 9. Handle correspondence for the surveying unit and establish connections with fellow surveyors. 10. Lead training sessions for the site survey team. 11. Conduct preliminary research for upcoming surveys. 12. Address site issues proactively to prevent work interruptions. 13. Provide calibration and maintenance of survey instruments in a timely manner.  14. Efficiently receive and handover new projects, verifying client information and survey data. 15. Choose and allocate personnel, ensuring fairness in hiring and promotions. 16. Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, prioritizing, setting priorities, and directing the work of  subordinate employees. 17. Evaluate and verify employee performance by reviewing completed work assignments. 18. Maintain sole responsibility for all survey work within the department.   REQUIRED SKILLS: 1. Leadership skills 2. Very good command in English 3. Communication skills 4. Knowledge of surveying instruments and survey software 5. Aware of market survey work updates 6. Time Management skills QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree in building surveying, Civil Engineering, and Construction Technology or equivalent Experience: 10-15 years of experience, at least 5 years worked as a Survey Manager.
