Responsibilities:
Als dynamischer und engagierter System Engineer/ Technical Support Engineer (m/w/d) im Innendienst bist Du der direkte Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden im 2nd Level Support unserer Serviceorganisation. Du beräst dabei neben den Kunden auch die Field Servicetechniker. Deine Affinität zur IT, sowie zu komplexen Softwareumgebungen unterstreicht dabei deine Problemlösungskompetenz.
Du installierst und konfigurierst unsere Zutrittssysteme und nimmst sie in Betrieb. Du übernimmst Upgrades an bestehenden Systemen und betreust und berätst Kunden hinsichtlich Serviceleistungen.
