Description
As a Application Support at Cartrack Technologies, your main role is to monitor, analyst issue and ensure the proper functioning of IoT devices installed in customer vehicles. Responsibilities Monitor and ensure all installed devices are working correctly and transmitting data as expected Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GPS, Censor and other devices system connectivity Support Customer Service by answering advanced technical inquiries Coordinate with technical and technician teams when support is required Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments or higher support levels Maintain records of issues and solutions for future reference Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, ICT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience) New graduates are welcome, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Technical Support or Technical Operations Support *training and guidance will be provided Basic understanding of wireless systems, IoT systems, or networking concepts is an advantage Analytical skills to review device data, system dashboards, and support tickets Strong problem-solving skills with good attention to detail Good communication skills in Thai; English is a plus Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems Available to stand by to support field teams during holidays (Sat or Sun). Stand by date will be inform and plan in advance.
