WHAT’S THE ROLE?

This is not your average recruitment role. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across key portfolios, acting as a true business partner to hiring managers and bringing top talent into the business.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Lead job briefs, advertise, screen, and shortlist candidates for high-volume portfolios
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and coach hiring leaders through best-practice recruitment
  • Maintain candidate care and communication, ensuring a seamless experience for all applicants
