Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR or talent acquisition role is a plus but not required, an interest in kick-starting a career in HR/recruitment is all that’s needed!
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good at managing your time and staying organised.
  • Proficient in G-Suite would be a bonus.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the wider TA and People team to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  • Find and engage potential candidates using various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes and applications to spot promising candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtually, ensuring candidates have a smooth experience.
  • Keep candidates in the loop, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Handle reference checks and, background screenings as needed, through our 3rd party referencing provider.
  • Assist in crafting and posting job listings on our website and relevant job boards.
  • Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) in order and ensure data accuracy.
    Schedule: This is a part-time gig, maxing out at 20 hours per week. Ideally we’d love for you to work 4 hours across 5 days (start and end times are up to you) and work partly from home. If you need some flexibility around that, please apply and let us know in your application :-).
