  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with labor legislation and hiring compliance is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals).
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and facilitate feedback sessions.
  • Manage the offer process including salary negotiations and offer letters.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports.
