Talent Development Manager (m/w/d)

What you can expect

• Design, develop, and deliver Global Management Development Programs with accountability to Corporate Officers
• Manage the Global Fellowship Management Programs in partnership with key stakeholders
• Evolve the digital coaching service across business companies, groups, and countries
• Deliver operational assessment and improvements to increase organizational

What you bring to the table

• University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar
• Several years of professional experience in Talent Development and Coaching
• Professional experience in an international an technical environment
• Knowledge in conception and implementation of Development Programs
• Language: fluent English (Additional languages preferred: German, Japanese, Chinese)
• Expert knowledge: MS365, Project Planning tools, Visio, PPT
• Outstanding communication skills to all levels of company: team members, team leaders, executives
• Teamwork and collaboration
