We’re now looking for an energetic and resourceful Talent Resourcer to join our team in Potters Bar. Reporting to the Talent Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting hiring managers, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth recruitment journey from first contact to start date.

As a Talent Resourcer, you’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract the best candidates for roles across JSM. You’ll manage candidate sourcing, maintain our ATS, and help drive a proactive talent pipeline to ensure we’re always ready to deliver.
