TAX |GROWTH GENAI| MANAGER | UAE

We are seeking an experienced Manager in AI & Data Science to join our Tax and Legal team in Dubai. This role involves leading high-impact Gen AI and Data Analytics projects, collaborating with senior leadership, and driving innovations in tax and legal solutions using advanced analytics and generative AI technologies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, with a strong track record in machine learning, NLP and generative AI.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Consulting Experience: Previous experience in a consulting role within a reputable firm.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in data science, Gen AI, or machine learning.

• Assist with AI & Data Science Initiatives: assist with driving and delivering key GenAI projects, ensuring effective execution and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop Advanced Analytics Solutions: Utilize machine learning and generative AI to create innovative solutions for tax and legal challenges.
• Program and Code: Apply advanced programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages to develop robust data models and algorithms.
• Risk compliance and testing : Assist with internal testing and risk compliance processes.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work closely with the Head of AI Tax and Legal, as well as Directors, to develop and implement data-driven strategies and assist with insights and solutions to clients, blending data science with tax and legal consulting.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including the tax and legal teams, to understand their needs and deliver bespoke AI solutions.
