Responsibilities
  • You will be the administrator of Staying in Front (CRM) for On Premise Business Development Managers across Western and Central.
  • Booking of all travel for staff, entering of all PO’s for ALM, management of gifts and events register, management of GM’s calendar
  • Chair of the Culture and Engagement Champions Team and managing and executing the Culture and Engagement calendar through event organisation for both internal and external events
  • Support for the month-end accounting process, setting up of new vendors when required for Central and Western Regions, checking of freight documentation for NT.
  • Maintaining office environment and supplies as required by the Western Team and Business, including booking of meeting rooms and catering requirements when required
  • Creation of reports if required by General Manager, Commercial Manager or On-Premises team.

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Previous experience in a similar Team Assistant/Office Administration role
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as autonomously
  • Highly organised with an ability to prioritise and manage workloads to hit tight deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and must be able to work in a fast paced and exciting environment
  • Intermediate in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • The desire to learn new skills and look for process improvement
