This is a 4 month contingent/contract position, based in Docklands/Melbourne VIC.

About the role
As the Team Coordinator – People & Culture (P&C), you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to key leaders within our organisation. You will assist the General Manager People and Culture Corporate and Enablement Functions, General Manager Workplace Relations and General Counsel Workplace Legal, and General Manager People and Culture Partners Delivery Risk and Australian Markets.
This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient management of the People & Culture team, requiring a proactive approach and the ability to meet schedules and deadlines effectively. Day-to-day, you will:

  • Administrative Support: Coordinate day-to-day activities, manage travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and handle general correspondence.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Financial Processing: Manage purchase orders and expenses, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Adjust to changing priorities and work across various business units as needed.
  • Organizational Efficiency: Maintain high levels of organization and time management to support the smooth operation of the People & Culture team.

  • Experience as a team/administrative co-ordinator.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects at any one time.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident demeanour and diplomacy with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
  • Demonstrated strong customer focus and a team player willing to apply initiative in the work environment.
  • High level of maturity and professional presentation.
  • Strong skills and knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience working with Workday desirable
