Responsibilities:
Our People Partners play a pivotal role in bringing the WX strategy to life by connecting business unit requirements with our People Tribes to deliver on our strategic ambition and embed a Customer 1st and Team 1st culture. This is achieved through working in a cross-functional People squad to develop and deploy initiatives and programs to optimise performance, leadership capability and meaningful team experiences that connect our people with our purpose
- Help WX achieve strategic goals through people-related initiatives by diagnosing needs, and collaborating with the group people team to develop and implement solutions
- Lead and collaborate on key streams of work across WX, to translate business requirements into scalable, fit for purpose initiatives.
- Partner to business leaders, coaching and influencing stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and/or change management required to land programs of work
- Guide and help shape BU communications and deployment plans to ensure a team first approach
- Utilise data and analytics to provide insights and frame and identify opportunities to enhance the team experience and
- overall organisational effectiveness.
Leveraging data and insights across the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle to help inform business leaders, People team and Tribe on progress to goals, opportunities to celebrate success or change direction.Drive continuous improvement of WX people practises through solutions thinking and collaboration with Tribes and Practices.
