Role Description

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in health or biomedicine science (MD, MSc, MSc Pharm, or equivalent) with experience working in a project oriented, international organization preferably in Pharmacovigilance

YOUR ROLE:

To manage and lead a team of Global Safety Advisors in GSS Section 1 (employed and contracted).
To manage workload, maximize resources and build capabilities of employees.
To oversee and manage the products and tasks assigned to the teams by mobilizing the assigned team to meet agreed objectives and targets.
To facilitate compliance to pharmacovigilance processes, regulations, and guidelines for activities ongoing in the teams.
Together with the GSS leadership team set the strategy for GSS and lead implementation initiatives
