QUALIFICATIONS
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 5 years equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities:
- The Team Manager IT Operations EMEA’s role is to ensure proper computer, server and infrastructure operation within the assigned locations in EMEA, so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes actively supervising the resolution of escalated end user incident- and service request tickets within established SLAs.
- The IT Service Management involves the use of diagnostic and tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level.
- Additional IT activities may be assigned as the need arises.
- This associate will be part of a regional EMEA team which is primary support for all FFL/CSS/EB facilities within the defined region and time zone as well as case wise needed secondary support for other global facilities
