Our clinic specializes in treating eye diseases and performing surgeries, including MSP-covered exams and surgeries, private lens surgeries, and LASIK. We are proud to have a nationally-recognized team of ophthalmologists with extensive clinical experience across a wide range of ocular services.
EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING IS AN ASSET, BUT WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:
- Visual Fields
- OCTs (Optical Coherence Tomography)
- Auto-refractions
- Non-contact Tonometry
- Accuro EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems

Responsibilities:
- Clinic Coordination: Oversee all in-clinic diagnostic testing, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of patient care. Coordinate testing schedules, manage equipment, and support the clinical team in delivering exceptional service.
- Team Leadership: Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Ensure the team is well-versed in all clinic protocols and procedures.
- Patient Care: Assist with direct patient care by performing diagnostic tests, building rapport with patients, and promoting the services offered by FVCL (comprehensive training provided in our Abbotsford location first 3 months, then will move to Chilliwack.)
- Customer Service: Take pride in delivering excellent customer service, striving for positive patient feedback and embracing opportunities for improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize strong organizational and problem-solving skills to efficiently manage a busy clinic environment.
- Flexibility: Adapt to a dynamic schedule with a positive and energetic attitude, ensuring a smooth workflow even during peak times.
