Description:

Realtime recruitment are seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a permanent opportunity based in Dublin City Centre.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with business teams to identify system and process solutions.
  • Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans for systems initiatives.
  • Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Maintain a focus on quality and benefits throughout project lifecycles.
  • Provide timely updates to I.S. management and business owners.
  • Work with third-party vendors to ensure project success and address any concerns.
  • Offer exceptional support for in-scope applications and resolve queries promptly.
  • Facilitate product roadmaps and issue backlogs.
  • Create comprehensive test scripts and use cases for successful changes.
  • Support business readiness by reviewing processes, preparing training materials, and conducting training sessions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the Technology and Financial Services industry.
  • Degree in Technology, Business, or equivalent field.
  • Strong technology skills with knowledge of analysis and design techniques, including data modeling and process workflows.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and industry tools is advantageous.
  • Technical Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Software development background with a track record of delivering solutions to complex business requirements.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools like PowerBI/Tableau and SQL query skills is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and meet critical deadlines.
  • Proven teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
