Responsibilities:
- Client Solution Implementation
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and customization of real estate technology solution
- Manage data migration activities, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to new platforms.
- Tailor solutions to align with specific client workflows, property management structures, and business objectives.
- Requirement Gathering and Consultation
- Work directly with clients to gather business and technical requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their real estate operations.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between client needs and solution capabilities, offering recommendations for process improvements and solution enhancements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them optimize their use of the implemented real estate software.
- Solution Customization and Integration
- Customize modules and features of the real estate software based on client-specific requirements (e.g., custom reports, user interfaces, workflows).
- Develop and implement integrations with third-party systems such as CRM (Salesforce), ERP, accounting systems, or other real estate tools via APIs and integration platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, working closely with client IT teams and third-party vendors.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth operation of the solution.
- Act as the escalation point for resolving complex issues related to system functionality, configuration, and performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, using analytical skills to resolve client-reported issues.
- Client Training and Enablement
- Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of the new system.
- Develop and deliver training materials such as user manuals, how-to guides, and recorded video tutorials tailored to client-specific processes.
- Project Management and Coordination
- Work closely with the project management team to define project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for each client engagement.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively address challenges to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
