REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Advanced English skills.
  • Salesforce (basic level), Confluence (basic level), Java Script (basic level) GIS Systems (basic level), Basic Web knowledge.
  • Project management: Jira, Trello, Asana
  • Detail-Oriented Note-Taking (Ability to capture key technical and business details)
  • Structured Organization (structure notes into clear categories)
  • Technical Documentation (Document technical information)
  • Real-Time Collaboration (Tools like OneNote, Evernote, etc. document meeting notes in real-time)
  • Actionable Insights and Task Management (distill complex discussions into clear action items, next steps, and timelines)

Responsibilities:


    1. Client Solution Implementation

    • Lead the deployment, configuration, and customization of real estate technology solution
    • Manage data migration activities, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to new platforms.
    • Tailor solutions to align with specific client workflows, property management structures, and business objectives.

      1. Requirement Gathering and Consultation

      • Work directly with clients to gather business and technical requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their real estate operations.
      • Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between client needs and solution capabilities, offering recommendations for process improvements and solution enhancements.
      • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them optimize their use of the implemented real estate software.

        1. Solution Customization and Integration

        • Customize modules and features of the real estate software based on client-specific requirements (e.g., custom reports, user interfaces, workflows).
        • Develop and implement integrations with third-party systems such as CRM (Salesforce), ERP, accounting systems, or other real estate tools via APIs and integration platforms.
        • Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, working closely with client IT teams and third-party vendors.

          1. Technical Support and Troubleshooting

          • Provide technical guidance and hands-on support during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth operation of the solution.
          • Act as the escalation point for resolving complex issues related to system functionality, configuration, and performance.
          • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, using analytical skills to resolve client-reported issues.

            1. Client Training and Enablement

            • Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of the new system.
            • Develop and deliver training materials such as user manuals, how-to guides, and recorded video tutorials tailored to client-specific processes.
            1. Project Management and Coordination
            • Work closely with the project management team to define project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for each client engagement.
            • Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively address challenges to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
