Description:

We are looking for a passionate Technical Coordinator who will be responsible for designing and integrating process technologies for different training programs within the operations organization. As part of our new Gigafactory in Heide (Northvolt Drei), you will have the chance to build one of the first large scale European battery factories by supporting the training academy with battery knowledge about product and process. Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a strategic segment of the Drei training program across all project phases: Design, Procurement, Commissioning, and Startup of process equipment
  • Handling interface management with Construction Team (CSA, MEP, Clean & Dry room) to ensure equipment installation is performed in time and quality
  • Develop robust methods allowing training to become a key enabler turning our individuals and teams into the foundation for our success
  • Work with department heads and operations to understand training needs and plan training content for manufacturing teams, while ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 requirements
  • Monitoring and ensuring Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental performance
  • Develop engaging training programs and courses, including manuals, multimedia visual aids, and interactive materials

    Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • Technical Education or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, or in a related field
  • Experience in batteries and a production environment
  • Agile mindset and experience in methodology beneficial
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent English skills
