Responsibilities:

  • Provide support of incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, with responsibilities covering multiple products, features and services
  • Use application logs and tech support tools to troubleshoot issues and identify root cause
  • Develop mechanisms and processes to handle tech support issues and resolve systemic problems
  • Develop and maintain system and support status reporting
  • Write, update, and maintain internal knowledge base and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with product and ops to surface commonly asked questions, update troubleshooting resources, and escalate recurring issues
  • Own issues to resolution on behalf of the customer, including coordination with technical teams, customer communication, and tracking tasks to complete resolution
  • Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs), communicate with customers and leadership when SLAs are at-risk, and identify mechanisms to improve SLAs when applicable
  • Experience using AWS tools, including AWS CloudWatch, AWS S3, AWS DynamoDB, and AWS Lambda
  • Ability to write intermediate level database queries using SQL
  • Project management experience
