The Technical Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring council-owned properties and services meet statutory and regulatory housing repairs requirements, whilst maintaining a customer-focused approach to keep housing assets and our residents safe.
We seek team members with strong technical knowledge, relationship-building skills, a collaborative approach, initiative, and excellent communication skills to enhance the overall customer experience.
