About the role
The Bunnings Technology landscape is undergoing a period of incredible growth. With a huge pipeline of projects and cutting-edge technology being rolled out, we are helping to change the face of retail and are looking for a passionate individual to join us on this challenge. This is a rare opportunity to join the Technology Services Team based in our National Support Office in Burnley, working with an innovative and empowered support team, where we help in delivering best service to the business, while being able to contribute to the greater technology offering for one of Australia’s leading and most trusted brands.
This role is a 6 month fixed term contract position and we support flexible working!

What’s involved:

  • Provide advice, troubleshooting and support on various technology queries
  • Ensure all internal service levels agreements are met or exceeded
  • Liaise with Bunnings team members to proactively assess their needs to improve the effectiveness of the systems they utilise
  • Liaise with other internal Bunnings Technology teams to ensure customers are receiving the best possible service from the entire Technology department
  • Ensure compliance of security policies across hardware and software
  • Ensure effective and efficient repair or replacement of technology equipment
  • Support a variety of Technology projects, including new stores, refits and rollouts
  • Help to facilitate training sessions and keep abreast of new technology

Who we’re looking for:
You will be a customer focused individual with a strong interest in technology.

You’ll need:

  • Relevant qualifications or interest in IT/tech
  • Previous experience working in a customer service focused role would be advantageous
  • Outstanding customer service including strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Succinct documentation skills
  • Technical proficient across various hardware and software including Windows and MAC ideally
  • A keen desire to learn in the technology support area
