JOB DESCRIPTION

The Nest Schools are growing, and we have a great opportunity for high growth potential. We are need someone with a passion for automating manual tasks, integrating systems, and building reports and dashboards. We are an intentional no-code technology team, preferring to maintain configuration settings and formulas over custom code bases. Our current software ecosystem makes heavy use of Smartsheet and Power Automate to drive innovative and efficient processes for our employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following statements.

  • Be a Smartsheet and Power Automate subject matter expert.
  • Become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about core business processes, functions, and workflows.
  • Participate in requirements discussions with internal stakeholders to understand their challenges.
  • Model/map business processes – both as-is and to-be.
  • Produce timely and high-quality requirements including specifications, process flows, mock-ups, wireframes.
  • Review and validate solution designs produced by other team members.
  • Create solutions using the Smartsheet platform, Smartsheet’s API, Smartsheet add-ons, and Power Automate capabilities.
  • Create and maintain 3rd-party software integrations using FTP, API, or other mechanisms.
  • Some travel may be required for onsite system support.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2-years’ experience creating Smartsheet sheets, reports, projects, dashboards.
  • Minimum 2-years’ experience using Smartsheet add-ons, such as Control Center, Data Shuttle, and Dynamic View.
  • Minimum 1-year experience creating flows in Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Smartsheet certification(s) desirable.
  • SQL experience desirable.
  • Power BI experience desirable.
  • Experience in the Childcare industry (and Procare data) is strongly preferred.
    Pay Range: USD $50,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr
