TIOS is the division within TechnipFMC responsible for Vessel Based Well Intervention and P&A Services globally and has a track record of over 750 wells during more than 17 years of continuous operations. Through our market leading position in this segment, we are strategically positioned to capture a growing market as subsea wells are ageing requiring more frequent interventions and providing more cost-efficient solutions to our client’s growing P&A liabilities.

Job Description

You will be part of an experienced Business Development team with the opportunity to influence the overall strategy of TIOS.

  • Update of CRM System (Salesforce) and maintain overview of expected tenders.
  • Manage the whole tender process including Expression of Interests, Pre-Qualifications, and the whole tender preparation process, from receipt to submission, keeping track of deliverables, internal decision gates, submission deadlines etc.
  • Prepare cost estimates and pricing for tenders including input to internal decision gate presentations.
  • Work with Subcontractors for technical and commercial proposals
  • Work closely with the Business Development team, the technical team and the Commercial Manager developing new business cases / growth initiatives.
  • Market analysis
  • Interface with the wider TechnipFMC organization as required.

You are meant for this job if:

  • You hold minimum a BSc in economics and/or engineering and have 5+ years of relevant industry experience including tendering, commercial, business development and vessel-based subsea services roles.
  • Technical interest and understanding of the offshore/subsea industry with the ability to combine with commercial understanding and creative thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and Power Point
  • Communicate effectively across technical and commercial teams as well as towards Senior Management
  • Structured and high work capacity with the ability to work in teams and independently.
  • The candidate must have a conscious relationship with quality and HSE work and thrive in an active environment.
