Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Territory Manager, you will represent our brand in the field, working closely with farmers, contractors, and other customers to build strong relationships and provide equipment solutions that make a real impact on their operations. You will work collaboratively with the parts, service, and administration teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience, while driving new business and strengthening existing accounts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Travel within your designated territory to meet with customers, understand their needs, and provide equipment and service solutions.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships within the agricultural and construction communities.
  • Prospect new customers through cold-calling, networking, farm visits, trade shows, and other direct methods.
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities to increase market share and penetration.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by staying knowledgeable about our products, services, and competitors’ offerings.
  • Maintain regular communication with all customers to strengthen and expand relationships.
  • Complete weekly sales reports and manage accounts, opportunities, and forecasts using company sales tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to overcome challenges and assist in closing business.
  • Stay informed about industry and competitor activities and introduce new products and services as they become available.
