Description:

This position will operate in a dynamic working environment with growth opportunities both personally and professionally. Located in South Sydney, you will provide assistance to a variety of stakeholders including staff and clients as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour
  • Answer telephone calls and transfer to the correct point of contact
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are presentable at all times
  • Various office and administration duties as needed
  • Assisting in the coordination of events/functions
  • Maintenance of office supplies and liaising with suppliers and couriers
  • General ad hoc and administration duties

About You:

  • Previous Reception or Administration experience (desirable)
  • Computer skills – MS Office
  • Confident, engaging and warm personality
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment
