MAIN SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS:
· Extensive experience in test management across Retail and Business Systems, covering a full range of testing types
· Strong track record in defining and tracking quality KPIs to measure performance, monitor progress, and forecast quality trends
· Focused and resilient under pressure, with the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver on critical objectives
· Proven stakeholder management skills, building influence across both internal teams and external partners
· Experienced in building and leading high-performing test and QA teams by setting the standard and leading by example
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
· Lead the Retail and Corporate test strategy, collaborating with product engineering, QA teams, and vendors to embed testing early in the software development lifecycle
· Coordinate testing activities across the Retail and Corporate channels, working closely with QA enablement teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
· Manage and maintain in-house test labs that support the retail terminal estate
· Oversee test reporting, track quality KPIs, and forecast quality trends to inform decision-making
· Drive continuous improvement by introducing innovative testing approaches, including AI strategies, to enhance quality and accelerate delivery
· Ensure appropriate resource allocation across the Retail and Corporate portfolio through collaboration with internal and external teams
· Provide line management and mentorship while fostering a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability
· Build and sustain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners
