Job Description
As the Total Rewards Specialist you secure the delivery of core compensation global and local processes, in a locally compliant way which aligns with the global rewards strategies and principles. This role will involve close collaboration with all HR roles within the business that support the employees in scope.
Core Rewards Processes
- Implementing, communicating, and monitoring compensation programs and total rewards projects in alignment with Global Total Rewards framework
- Deliver global and local compensation projects for all employees in scope.
- Support the implementation of global rewards processes such as Annual Salary Review, Salary Increase Budget planning and Salary Structures review and update.
- Communicating and securing local compliance with Total Rewards framework documents and guidelines
- Recommending updates to rewards policies, procedures, and forms related to Compensation.
- Securing local compliance in the area of compensation (optional benefits and mobility)
- Implementation of local (to be global) Salary Review Process
- Securing Job Framework communication and implementation, facilitate local calibration discussions.
- Performing various compensation analysis, including equal pay analysis.
- Facilitating global survey submission process by proving local policy, practice, and compensation data
- Facilitate global salary increase budget planning process and secure alignment with HR
Employee Data and Systems
- Local PeopleData compensation data governance, securing the system is aligned to global standards.
- Securing local readiness of all systems and tools used for total rewards deliveries.
- Performing periodic reviews of employee data to secure consistency and good data quality
- Analyse employee data and compensation trends
Advisory
- Support HR with interpreting and applying in a consistent way compensation practices.
- Advise HR with compensation offers outside of the recommended guidelines.
Conducting trainings within various areas of Total Rewards for HR, Managers or Employees.Analyse external and internal compensation data to provide proactive Total Reward advice.
Qualifications
To be successful as a Total Rewards Specialist you are a subject matter expert in core compensation processes and tools, incl. base pay, variable pay and job architecture topics. You are data driven, analytical and possess problem solving skills and are able to work with sensitive information. In addition to this, we believe you are a strong communicator and able to influence a variety of stakeholders. You approach tasks and projects in an analytical, conceptual and methodical way always with a resilient and achievement orientated mindset

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Accounting, Finance or related discipline required or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience of working with compensation programs.
