About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Training & Development Associate to support the end-to-end learning initiatives of our organization. This role will work closely with the Driver Operations teams to identify training needs, coordinate learning programs and help partner riders and drivers continuously grow their skills and knowledge. What you'll do: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs and workshops. Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and participant communications. Support the preparation of training materials, manuals, and digital resources. Track and maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation results. Gather feedback from participants and help analyze training effectiveness. Research learning trends and recommend innovative training solutions. What you'll need: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in training coordination, HR, or related functions Strong communication and facilitation skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with LMS platforms is a plus. \n \n
