Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Training Manager you’ll be involved in:
- Documentation: maintain accurate documentation of processes in Confluence.
- Content Creation: identify and request improvements to content via the content production team or when directed.
- Delivery: deliver training as per scoped programs and guidelines. Encourage adoption of REAPIT product suite through effective training programs.
- Personal Development: participate in PDP or other development activities in order to develop knowledge of REAPIT products, industry trends and training skills
- Team Development and Process Improvement: participate in team development activities and operational rhythm. Participate in projects to improve team process or outcome.
